Installation Technician – Elevator & Escalator
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The role involves installing, testing, and commissioning elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and home lifts with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Follow HSE and quality policies, safety procedures, and risk assessments
✅ Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of elevators as per Mitsubishi standards
✅ Read layout drawings and shaft dimensions for accurate installation
✅ Conduct safety inductions and supervise junior technicians
✅ Coordinate with civil contractors and project teams for seamless execution
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently
✅ Maintain and safeguard materials at project sites
✅ Assist with third-party inspections and client interactions
Skills & Competencies:
🔹 Proficiency in handling installation tools and equipment
🔹 Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
🔹 Strong understanding of elevator components and installation processes
🔹 Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
🔹 Basic English reading & writing; Hindi speaking preferred
