SUSHISAMBA Dubai offers a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine in a vibrant, high-energy setting. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in Audio-Visual (AV) systems and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) to join our team and ensure our venue operates seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on AV systems, including sound systems, projectors, LED screens, and lighting.
- Troubleshoot and repair MEP systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing components.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure all technical aspects of the venue function efficiently.
- Conduct safety checks and maintain compliance with local regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and equipment inventory.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality, entertainment, or F&B venues.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems, including electrical and HVAC repairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
