Job Description:

• Create and execute service work orders, including equipment service work such as delivery, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, overhaul and fault diagnosis;
• Perform machine reception, disassembly, shipping, installation, operation, inspection, rust prevention, cleaning;
• Execute product improvement plan, technology upgrade, feedback product quality problems, assist product improvement;
• Submit service order information, dispatch order information, TSI information, warranty parts application;
• Provide customers with equipment technical solutions, to sales spare parts and achieve parts sales target;
• Collect and feedback local industry service policies and competitive product information;
• Assist and participate in service brand activities and customer reception activities;
• Assist in handling service settlement and warranty claim;
• Collect and feedback local service resource information;
• Assist supervisor to carry out technical training.

Requirements:

• High school above;
• More than 2 years of excavator/bulldozer/heavy truck maintenance experience;
• Familiar with vehicle structure, assembly, debugging, with engine, vehicle electrical / Hydraulic general problem judgment and analysis ability;
• Foreign language skills are preferred
